Solutions Nokomis, FL 34275 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our client’s team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must be a team player willing to play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen and the serving staff by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and readily available. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall quality of the members’ dining experience in a resort style community environment. As a dishwasher, you are an integral part of a dynamic and friendly team. Hours are 3-9 PM Wed
- Sunday and can be split in 5-hour shifts.
Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during busy service periods. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and returning them to their designated areas. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere within the hospitality sector is a must. We are seeking a team player. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
