Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & Cleaning:

Operate dishwashing equipment to wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Ensure all items are cleaned to high standards.

Organize Clean Dishes:

Properly store and organize cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils in the appropriate areas to ensure they are readily available for kitchen and dining room staff.

Maintain Clean Work Area:

Keep the dishwashing area clean, sanitized, and organized, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning dishwashing machine regularly. Assist with

Kitchen Cleanup:

Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, taking out trash, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen storage areas.

Support Kitchen Staff:

Provide clean utensils, dishes, and equipment as needed by kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.

Restock Supplies:

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed. Adhere to

Safety and Sanitation Standards:

Follow health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling and storage of chemicals and cleaning agents. Ensure compliance with all health regulations.

Note:

This position requires flexibility in working hours, as catering events may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
