Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and food preparation areas. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooks. Bus tables and assist with clearing away used dishes to ensure a tidy dining area.
