Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
• Assist in receiving and storing supplies
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Knowledge of basic food safety guidelines
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
