What You’ll Need:
Degree in Accounting or Finance (bonus points) 2+ years as a Controller in hospitality CPA is required Experience managing $10M+ in revenue Solid grasp of GAAP Sharp with numbers, data, and daily financials Proven track record of driving profitability A leader who loves helping people grow across all departments Organized, strategic, and a strong communicator Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working closely with ops Obsessed with improving processes and cutting unnecessary costs
