Responsibilities include:

Collecting plates, dishes and utensils Loading washing machine and stacking/drying items in a professional sanitary manner Wash specific items by hand (cutting boards, mixing bowls) Set up work station Ensure there are always enough clean dishes for service to run smoothly and efficiently Remove garbage Regularly Sanitize kitchen area and break down of dish station Skills Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed Time management skills Attention to detail and sanitation standards Available to work in shifts, during weekends day and night
