Full Time/ Part Time Dishwasher Kim’s Cafe Midtown 714 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Savannah, GA 31401 Job Summary Kim’s Cafe is seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting food preparation and service in our restaurant, hotel, or catering operations. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff. Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored after use. Help with the organization of dish storage areas to maximize efficiency. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Support banquet and catering operations by ensuring timely cleaning of service items. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
