Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, ensuring it is organized and free from debris. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Support banquet and event setups by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Adhere to food handling safety standards to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of dishes during peak service hours. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
