The Dishwasher is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards. Your role directly supports the kitchen and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. Dispose of garbage and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner. Basic janitorial tasks as needed, such as cleaning floors, walls, etc. Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely dish turnover. Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Commitment to cleanliness and safety.
