Core Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading Dishwashers:

Properly load and unload dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware into and out of the dishwasher. Ensure items are placed correctly to maximize cleaning efficiency and prevent damage.

Washing Dishes and Utensils:

Scrape or rinse off food debris from dishes before loading. Wash dishes and utensils by hand when necessary, especially for fragile items or those that don’t fit well in the dishwasher. Maintaining a

Clean and Organized Dishwashing Area:

Keep the dishwashing area free of clutter and debris. Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area, including the dishwasher, sinks, and work surfaces. Ensure the area is organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Storing Clean Dishes and Utensils:

Properly stack and store clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware in designated areas. Ensure items are readily available for use.

Other Potential Duties:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, such as blenders, coffee machines, and toasters. Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles. Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning spills.
