As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant, banquet, or catering services. Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment. Assist with food preparation as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooks. Support the kitchen staff by bussing tables and removing dirty dishes from dining areas. Ensure that all items are properly stored after washing to maintain an organized kitchen environment. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
