Duties Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash regularly. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff. Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods. Report any maintenance or repair needs for kitchen equipment to management. Experience Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of food preparation and cleaning procedures.
