We are located on 810 Martin Luther King Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, hard worker, reliable and available 6 days a week, Responsibilities
- Cleaning, stacking, organizing dishes, utensil, pots and pans
- All dishes, pots, utensils etc., are washed by hand.
- Clean and sanitize work station and storage area daily
- Clean kitchen, mop floor, empty trash, clean mats, clean ranges.
- Break down steam table and clean. Refill and set up
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant as a whole
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Perform additional sanitizing/cleaning tasks around the restaurant as requested by management
- Maintain equipment and supplies on an ongoing basis
- Assist line servers when requested by management. Qualifications
- Must be able to be on feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably
- Comfortable bending, reaching, stooping and climbing
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to perform heavy cleaning tasks such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and cleaning floor mats
- Must have the ability to communicate with management and co-workers
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
