Dishwasher/Busser Gainesville Huddle House 1920 Jesse Jewell Parkway SE, Gainesville, GA 30501 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate must have a willingness to help in various capacities, including food preparation and bussing tables. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooks. Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining area for incoming patrons. Help set up tables as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to assist with various tasks in the kitchen and dining areas as needed. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about food preparation and kitchen operations.
