Controller Requirements/Responsibilities:
Accounting/Finance degree preferred 2 plus years of experience as a Controller within the hospitality industry Revenue experience of at least 10MM GAAP Accounting Manage the daily finances of the company locations Drive overall company profitability Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goalsin all departments Organized and strategic, strong communicator, and team player Hands-on role
- must be a doer while working with an operations team Strong focus on managing financial operations and cost improvements Able to think critically and assess data Energetic leadership personality
