Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff. Ensure that all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas. Dispose of waste and recycling according to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures for food handling. Skills Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
