We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team and help maintain the cleanliness and flow of our kitchen. Job Summary The Dishwasher plays a vital role in ensuring the kitchen and dining experience run smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and workspaces. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Part-time or full-time position available Schedule 4 to 8-hour shifts Weekends and holidays as needed Flexibility required Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwasher and/or by hand Ensure all kitchen items are sanitized and properly stored Maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and trash receptacles Assist with basic prep and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed Empty and clean dish machines regularly, checking temperatures and chemical levels Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Support closing and opening cleaning duties Requirements No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to cleanliness, detail, and time management Must complete Louisiana state-required Food Safety training Must complete ATC (Alcohol & Tobacco Control) training one week after first pay period Why Work at Bayo Social?
