Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning. Assist kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils for food preparation and service. Dispose of waste and recycling materials according to health and safety standards. Support the culinary team during peak hours by helping with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices in the kitchen. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager. Qualifications Previous restaurant, or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
