Dishwasher Gold Big Koi LLC Belchertown, MA 01007 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our cooks and food preparation staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and culinary staff. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Cooperation with the culinary team for a healthy work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work as part of a team and help others when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
