Dishwasher Wild Hare Hudson, MA 01749 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, counters, and equipment. Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure proper storage of clean items. Support food preparation staff by providing clean dishes and utensils as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Help with bussing tables during peak times to maintain efficient service flow. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy shifts. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with banquet or catering operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices is beneficial. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.
