Dishwashing is one of the most important positions in the kitchen, as the kitchen wouldn’t run without them! Weekends are busy and we make a serious amount of dishes baking and serving all our delicious food. The best person for this position will thrive in an environment where they are in the middle of everything, and the master of their own area; with the ability to prioritize types of dishes, wash dishes effectively, yet efficiently and understanding just how important they are to our teams’ success. Food prep would be needed regularly on Friday and as-needed during Saturday and Sunday. Preparation of sandwiches, tomatoes, onions, slush, mulled cider, coffee and hot chocolate are some of the items that may be needed. What are the days and hours for this position?
