Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable AM Dishwasher & Restaurant Cleaner to support our kitchen and dining operations. This role is essential to ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our restaurant during morning hours, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools. Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, walls, and surfaces in kitchen and dining areas. Clean and organize kitchen stations, including food prep areas and storage spaces. Manage trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness. Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as degreasing kitchen equipment and polishing surfaces. Stock and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate! Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Availability for morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
