Dishwasher Pickin Porch Grill 694 State Hwy 165, Branson, MO 65616 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and kitchen support duties. Help manage the flow of dirty dishes from the dining area to the dishwashing station. Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen tools to maintain an organized workspace. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Support other kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with bussing tables or other tasks as required. Skills Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus, especially in hotel, banquet, catering, or restaurant settings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean working environment. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
