Duties:

• Handle and shuck oysters to order for guests
• Shuck oysters for chargrilled
• Interact with guests at bar
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.
• Assist with banquet and event preparations as needed.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors or chefs.
• Culinary training or certification is a plus.
