The Steward Department here at
ISLANDVIEW CASINO
is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of food and beverage areas, including kitchens, dining areas, and other hospitality spaces
WE ARE SEEKING A STEWARD TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
! A steward’s primary responsibilities revolve around maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, including washing dishes, cleaning kitchen and restaurant areas, and ensuring proper storage of equipment and utensils. Responsible for stocking all china, keeping areas sanitized and organized. Complies with all methods of safely handling cleaning supplies and chemical with the use of PPE’s. Monitors area supplies and communicates to immediate supervisor. Assists other team members in wear washing. Ability to work additional hours as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivelant. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver License or State issued ID. Ability to work in a fast pace team environment. one year food and beverage preferred.
