Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and food preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling and safety standards. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained after use. Help with inventory management by organizing and storing clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
