Responsibilities:
Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans. Ensure proper handling and storage of all kitchenware and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including the storage and kitchen surfaces. Check machinery to ensure they are operating correctly and report any malfunctions to management. Assist with kitchen prep work as needed, including peeling vegetables and preparing basic ingredients. Dispose of kitchen garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area, including the floors.
