As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food preparation efforts and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly sweeping and mopping floors. Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure easy access during service. Help with inventory management by keeping track of dishware and reporting any shortages or damages. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or catering events. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
