Dishwasher/Food Prep The Trading Post 8302 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle, NC 28594 Job Overview We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This dual-role position is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and supporting food preparation tasks. Key Responsibilities Dishwashing Duties:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas. Take out trash and recycling as needed. Clean kitchen floors, walls, and equipment according to health and safety standards. Restock clean items to appropriate stations throughout the kitchen.

Prep Duties:

Assist with basic food prep such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables. Measure and portion ingredients for recipes. Help set up prep stations and stock ingredients. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Label and store prepped ingredients properly. Qualifications No experience required; kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
