DISHWASHER

DESCRIPTION
The Dishwasher works collaboratively with all restaurant staff to maintain cleanliness standards and deliver exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains a clean kitchen
Properly washes and sorts dirty dishes
Keeps dish area free of clutter and organizes
Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
Preps food as needed
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED
Hospitality related kitchen experience preferred
Food handlers card/certification a plus
Self-motivated with a high energy level
Ability to plan and multi-task
Skilled in customer service and verbal communication
Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and possible overtime

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
Able to carry trays or supplies weighing 10-30 lbs
