Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at East Coast Wings + Grill. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining our kitchen’s cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring that our staff can deliver exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
