Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our restaurant. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand
• Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized
• Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by other kitchen staff
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, banquet, or catering setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Skills:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
