Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with the organization of dishware and kitchen supplies to ensure easy access for culinary staff. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces. Support food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling tasks. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Skills Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food handling practices is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
