Dishwasher/Busser Westtown Restaurant 4371 Styers Ferry Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27104 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas. You will assist in food service operations, ensuring that dishes are cleaned promptly and that the dining environment is welcoming for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for culinary arts. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with bussing tables by clearing dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly. Support kitchen staff with food preparation as needed, including basic cooking tasks. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by disposing of waste and recycling appropriately. Follow all food handling safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service during catering events. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members.
