Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as required, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during peak hours. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards. Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas.
