The Dishwasher will be responsible for: Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Placing clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Sorting and removing trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Sweeping or scrubbing floors. Stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Cleaning garbage cans with water or steam. Transferring supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
