Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly sweeping and mopping floors. Help with food handling tasks as needed, ensuring proper hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure an efficient workflow during peak service times.
