Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher and Food Preparation Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. Duties:

• Prepare and portion ingredients for various menu items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and food safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a food service or culinary environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills:

• Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food service and customer service principles.
• Ability to help with food preparation and presentation.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations.
• Cleanliness and organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is a plus.
