Dishwasher/Trash Carousel Hospitality 301 North Elm Street, High Point, NC 27262 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team at Truist Point, home of the High Point Rockers professional baseball team and the Carolina Core FC professional soccer team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations in a fast-paced restaurant or catering setting. Duties Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are organized and stored properly. Assist in the kitchen by cleaning surfaces, including countertops and cooking equipment. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist with timely removal of all trash, recycling, for proper disposal Responsible for sweeping, moping, all kitchen area floors and maintaining clean work area before, during and after events. Requirements A strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service settings. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
