Typical job functions include:
Operate Hobart dishwasher, sweep and mop floors, clean, wash, sanitize all areas of kitchen. Clean and wash pots/pans, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment Deliver and retrieve of food delivery carts Light food preparation. Other kitchen duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TRAITS
Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. Ability to function as a team member.
