Description:
Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware. Sets up dish station according to restaurant guidelines. Maintains clean, dry floors Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. Removes garbage regularly. Follows sanitation guidelines. Assists with prep. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure Ability to multi-task. Strong organizational skills Stand/walk 6-8 hours a shift Reach, lift and bend frequently. Ability to take direction. Possess problem solving abilities and be self-motivated and organized.
