Dishwasher Cuzzo’s Cuisine Charlotte, NC 28262 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team. Ensure that all food handling and sanitation standards are met consistently. Help with banquet setups and breakdowns as required during events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience in culinary settings such as hotels or catering services is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Strong work ethic with a willingness to help others and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
