Dishwasher:
Responsibilities include washing all used dishes, plates and utensils, loading dish machine and stacking clean dishes. Some light prep work is expected.
Functions:
Load and unload dish machine Wash some items by hand Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly Ensure there is enough dishes, glasses and utensils during peak periods Remove garbage regularly Prep food during low volume Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Assists other Team Members as needed.
Requirements:
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures Stands/walks 6 to 8 hours per shift. Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently. Ability to take direction. Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
