Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware Set up and maintain dishwashing stations and sinks Keep kitchen floors clean and dry throughout your shift Take out trash and recycling as needed Assist with basic food prep and help the chef as required Follow daily cleaning checklists and kitchen hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous dishwashing experience is a plus but not required ServSafe Certification is a bonus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen with hot or cold conditions
