Dishwasher Naos Hellenic Cuisine 2800 Renaissance Park Place, Cary, NC 27513 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking techniques, is a plus. A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Must be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness is highly valued.
