As a Back of House Support member, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements. Back of House Support works well with others and perform kitchen prep. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities Washing dishes during AM & PM shifts. Perform other cleaning activities like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down the facilities. Organize silverware, glassware, and dishes. Follows internal guidelines, established policies and procedures, and best practices. All other work-related duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule: days, nights, and/or weekends. All other work-related duties as assigned. Preferred Skills Previous experience with kitchen prep is a plus. Restaurant experience 1 year preferred.
