Dishwasher/Prep Tapstation Brewery 320 South Salem Street, Apex, NC 27502 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and have a passion for food service. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including basic food prep duties under the guidance of kitchen staff. Support cooks and other kitchen staff by bussing tables and helping with serving during peak hours. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
