Responsibilities include but are not limited to hand and machine washing plates, silverware, glassware as well as cooking utensils and equipment, daily and nightly cleaning tasks, and ability to adhere to strict sanitation requirements and procedures. Hours are flexible but night time availability is required to apply for this position. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong skills in food preparation and handling Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Familiarity with banquet and catering operations Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Experience working in hotels or similar settings is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
