Dishwasher Gusto Italian Cafe 23 Main Street, Center Harbor, NH 03226 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly after washing. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to support the front-of-house team.
