As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Manually wash items as needed, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash regularly. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Adhere to health and safety standards in food service and sanitation practices. Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Qualifications Previous experience in culinary or food service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strongattention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Familiarity with catering or hospitality environments is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
